How does the MOD cleaning service work?
MOD cleaning services provide fractional employment of Cleaners to households only at a time and date the homeowner needs the cleaning service. It allows clients to have clean homes without the need to employ a full-time, stay-in maid. This is more cost-efficient in the long run, apart from being safer because the client-cleaner relationship is maintained at a professional distance and the cleaning lady has no free access to the home when the homeowner is not at home.
How are the fees computed?
For a studio unit MOD charges begin at Php 800 per cleaning for the smallest unit, which is 15 square meters. There is an additional 40 pesos per square meter. So, if it is 28 square meters, that’s 800 pesos basic charge + 520 pesos for the additional 13 square meters which amounts to 1,320 cleaning fee.

Fees for the Party Staff and Kitchen Staff are variable, depending on client specifications.
Will MOD cleaners be bringing their own cleaning equipment?
At present, MOD only provides manpower for the cleaning service because most clients prefer to use their own cleaning implements for hygienic reasons. However, in the next phase launch our accredited cleaning ladies will provide an option to bring in cleaning equipments at a minimal additional cost.
How is TidyTahanan House Cleaning Services and Exemplary Cleaning Service affiliated with MOD?
TidyTahanan House Cleaning services and Exemplary Cleaning Services are the official business names of the cleaning services that recruit, train and deploy maids on call. MOD is a brand name developed by a marketing consultancy firm for the owner/s of TidyTahanan House Cleaning services and Exemplary Cleaning Services. The MOD brand was developed for marketing purposes to create a brand of high-quality, convenient and trustworthy cleaning service that capitalizes on word play of the MOD acronym to symbolize modernity and thus enhance recall.

Book the Cleaning Appointment
Wait for the Coordinator's Call
Pay the 25% Booking Fee Deposit through the Hawthorne Consultancy Landbank Passbook-Access only Savings Account (3731027071).
Inform the Coordinator of the
25% Booking Fee Deposit.
Confirmation of the final cleaning appointment via Viber and e-mail.
Cleaning Appointment
Book the cleaning appointment in the Booking & Payment Instructions tab by indicating your preferred schedule and cleaning details. Don't forget to send a mobile text message and a viber alert to 0956-400-1626 as well to notify us and make sure your request is checked immediately.
The coordinator will match one of your preferred schedules with the cleaner in your area and call you via Viber to pin down the date of cleaning appointment.
After the final cleaning appointment is set, you may pay 25% downpayment through Hawthorne Passbook-Access only Peso Savings Account (3731027071). Deposit of downpayments can be made Over-the-Counter, via online banking or fund transfer, but it has to be to this passbook savings account only. Other downpayments through any channel or any other bank of account will not be accepted. Cash, GCASH, cheque or any payment in person will also not be a legitimate downpayment option. ​
Send the MOD coordinator a screenshot of the downpayment deposit via Viber or e-mail at admin@cavantconsultancy.com and don't forget to notify us via Viber and mobile message as well until we acknowledge it.
You will receive a confirmation of the final cleaning appointment details via Viber and e-mail from the MOD coordinator.
On cleaning day, please make sure there is someone you trust who will supervise the cleaning lady. Before the Cleaning Service, you have to sign the Reminder Form. After the cleaning service, you have to sign a confirmation slip that no theft, pilferage, altercation or any undesirable event took place. Then you may directly pay the remaining 75% balance payment to the GCASH of the cleaning company, either TidyTahanan or Exemplary, depending on which team did the cleaning service.
